Old Town Builders, Inc. is a family owned and operated corporation started in 1983. Craig J. Toups is the president and handles the daily operation of the company as well as actively working on the projects in the field and Michael Toups assists in the estimates and is in the field superintendent. Kathleen Toups is the office manager and handles all of the accounts receivable and payable.

Together, we operate a successful well-known and well-respected remodel company working in the Tacoma, Pierce County, and South King County areas. We are active members of the Master Builders of Pierce County and have been members of other local Chambers of Commerce. Craig was a charter member and two-term president of the local chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry.

Our preferred projects are restoring and renovating older homes although we also work on homes of all ages. We have added to new homes and we have also renovated the oldest framed house in the state of Washington located in the town of Steilacoom. Most of our projects result in repeat business spanning years due to the relationship we build with each client based on trust and knowledge.
